Instagram said in a tweet that they are rolling out a feature for their short video service (Reels). Which will allow people to remix video. It is similar to TikTok.
Now you can use the Remix feature in Reels to create your own reel next to one that already exists

Instagram is one of them, so it tries to provide content in a tick-like manner. As part of that, Instagram has released a new feature called Remix. This remix feature is similar to the ‘Duet’ option in TikTok. Duet videos can be taken with the help of remix similar to TikTok. This feature is currently in public testing, so it is only available to a few Instagram users.

Once you record a remix, you can control the volume for the original audio, your recorded audio, and add a voiceover. To use Voiceover, tap the microphone icon. To edit volume controls, tap the slider icon. 🔊
Starting today, Remix is enabled by default for all new reels you publish from a public account. To enable Remix on your older reels, tap the three-dot menu and hit “Enable Remixing”. To remix someone else’s reel, ask them to do the same! You can turn off Remix at any time via Settings, for all reels, or the three-dot menu for the individual reel. ⚡️
